Y7 5 a side Football - January 2018

Fantastic victory in the regional Final for our Year 7  5-a-side squad. Next stop ….The Nationals!

Congratulations to our fantastic Year 7 football squad who are through to the National 5-a-side Finals to be held in Birmingham on 5^th March!

The boys – Boyd B, Charlie C, Ryan S (captain), Riccardo S, Luke G, Max LJ, Toby D and Isaac L – won the district tournament back in November without conceding a single goal and went through to the Regional Final which was held on Tuesday at Soccer City in Fareham.

In their group matches, the CPS squad won 4 and drew 2, finishing second in the group.

In the semi-finals, they beat Costello 6-1 and then went on to  beat Wildern 6-0 in the final.

Congratulations to the squad.  Everyone at CPS is looking forward to another explosive performance in the national finals!
