Y7 Wintershall Trip - June 2018

‘A fabulous day out in beautiful surroundings in the company of Jesus Christ’.  This could very well be an apt summary of the day our Year 7 students spent at Wintershall, Bramley, Surrey on the 19th June.  Some would add the apt comment ‘Who could ask for anything more!’. 

The play took students through the life of Jesus Christ, from the Annunciation of His birth by the Angel Gabriel to Jesus’ post-Resurrection appearances.  At the end of the play ‘Jesus’ turned to the audience, invoking them to spread God’s love and care for all humanity and all living things.  Few who witnessed this scene failed to be moved by its beautiful simplicity.
