WHAT TO EXPECT

The Ski Trip is open to all students regardless of their level of experience on the slopes. Novice and experienced skiers can be catered for. For the last 10 years we have been to Tonale in Italy, but we have also visited Andorra and France over the past 30 years.

The venue for the proposed 2025 trip will be the Andorra ski resort Grandvalira. The group will be staying at Hotel Cervol - 3-star hotel located very close to the historic centre and 15 minutes walk from the famous shoping area, Avenida Meritxell.

The experience will include:

  • Luxury Coach transfer from Fleet to and from the final destination
  • Crossing by Ferry
  • Six nights half board accommodation
  • Lunches at Grandvalira
  • Six days 5hr ski lessons
  • Six days lift pass
  • Ski equipment hire
  • Local ‘Tourist Tax’
  • Hoodies
  • Evening entertaiment
  • Swimming & Toboggans
  • Hampshire County Council School Journey/Travel Cover

Students who are new to skiing will be required to undertake lessons prior to the trip.  Whilst this may be facilitated by the school, parents should be prepared both for this additional expense and to provide transport to and from the training venue.

IMPORTANT: Activities will be led by qualified ski instructors, however parents/guardians should accept that, by their nature, snow sports activities may involve some level of risk which cannot be fully eliminated.
