Y11 Prom - June 2014

Mrs Gibbard and I were eating our Chicken Caesar Salad, discussing how beautiful the venue was and how lovely the outside photos were going to be…and then the heavens opened. But, in true Calthorpe Park spirit and resilience, we were not fazed!

The double-decker bus somehow managed to fit through the narrow road (the old style of the bus really did make us smile). Unfortunately, the fire engine could not go around the roundabout, so, in all their finery, our students had to walk. 

The students made us very proud that evening, looking and behaving like the true young adults they have matured into.  The dance floor was never empty and lots of fun was had by all.
