Sport Relief Bake Off - March 2016

Thank you to all of the amazing students who took part in last nights Sports Relief Bake Off. The level of skill, creativity and ambition was fantastic!

The Judges had a tough job picking the places and all commented on the effort, professionalism and outstanding results made by all of the students taking part.

The students worked incredibly hard to create wonderful cakes that Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood would of been extremely proud of. In first place were Yasmin and Charlotte with their Chocolate and Vanilla marble cake. second place went to Lauren and Georgie with their Football themed sponge cake including crowd, and Jessica and Amelie took third place with their swim, run, and cycle themed cake with hidden surprise.

We were also very impressed with our Staff Star Bakers, who produced some breathtaking cakes. It was quite competitive as reigning champion Miss Campbell was back to defend her title. However Mrs Heaton and Miss Gluck snuck in and won with the level of different skills used in their St Patricks day themed cake, which included a handmade gold coin and leprechaun.
